Shipping guide:
Small Parcel (For items weighing 40 lbs and less):
Standard shipping via Small Parcel for the items under 40 lbs.
Freight (For items more than 40 lbs):
Prices include standard shipping via common carrier. Curbside delivery*, signature required. Carrier will call to set up a delivery time. Extraordinary delivery requirements may necessitate additional fees. The estimated delivery time will be approximately 2 - 3 weeks from the time of order.
Although prices include delivery in Canada, some areas may have a surcharge. Please contact us for further information.

Curbside Delivery Service*
- Curbside delivery service provides delivery of your item(s) to the curb at the end of your driveway.
- This service does not include set up or assembly of items or removal of packaging materials.
- Your item will ship to a local delivery terminal.
- The delivery terminal will call you when your item arrives to schedule a delivery appointment.
- Deliveries are between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Monday through Friday and scheduled as a 4-hour window.
- Upon delivery, please inspect your item(s). You will be required to sign a Proof of Delivery receipt.
- Please note any damage to the item or packaging on the delivery receipt.
- If refusing delivery due to damage, please note refused due to damage on this receipt.
- All deliveries require a signature; the driver is unable to complete delivery without a signed delivery receipt.
- Please note, if you live down a road or driveway that the delivery truck cannot access without being damaged, we will be unable to complete delivery.
Return Policy:
By placing an order on this web site, you indicate that you have read and agree to the following return policies and conditions.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, return it within 90 days, and we'll refund the cost of the item for a full refund. You must return items in new or unused condition.
You must return the product through a carrier authorized by Resource Distribution. We will set up a pickup window at your convenience.
Please contact LifestyleGarden at 1 (866) 930-1014 Option #2 or canadasupport@lifestylegarden.com for issuing a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and arrange a return pick up. Every return requires a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
All returns must include the following to get a full refund:
- Original packaging (manufacturer's box, polystyrene, plastic bags, etc.)
- A valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- The return must be complete and must include all accessories.
- Manufacturer's documentation (manuals, warranty cards, registration information, etc.)
